You acknowledge and agree that the WebCalcs financial calculators contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by CommonBond Inc. you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on WebCalcs, in whole or in part.

CommonBond Inc. grants you, a Single User, a business, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use WebCalcs on a single web server; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the WebCalcs. You agree not to modify the WebCalcs in any manner or form (excluding available customizations), or to use modified versions of the the WebCalcs, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the WebCalcs.

By using the WebCalcs, you acknowledge the substantial monetary value to CommonBond Inc. You agree that you will not use, or attempt to use the WebCalcs of CommonBond Inc. in any derivative form, or aggregate manner, for any purpose.
